What is it, and who is it for?

Dogfitness

Dogfitness is something every dog should do regularly: no matter age or physical condition. It’s custom-selected exercises, targeting specific physical goals, such as improving coordination (especially important in puppies and elderly dogs!), body awareness, strength of limbs and back, but also the relationship between the dog and their handler as well as your dog’s self-confidence. If your dog is doing sports such as obedience, agility, or frisbee, they need to be supported with conditioning exercises to achieve improved performance, but also prevent injuries possible due to jumps, turns and rapid breaking.

Why should your dog do it?

In dogfitness, we simulate a lot of the movements they do when performing sports, however in very controlled, safe conditions, to teach them how to break safely, speed up most efficiently, change the leading paw, jump most safely, land in the most optimal way. The exercises are structured to enable learning conditions for these specific skills, so don’t think its just balance pads and a few bars: proper dog fitness training can turn your dog into a real athlete that will keep improving their results.
